All fields are required! and a file is needed to submit. Please be patient and wait for a notification stating whether your submission was successful or incomplete as it could take a few minutes. Larger upload queues may take longer. Upon successful submittal, an email will be sent to the department you chose. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided.
Submittals are due by noon on the deadline date. One hard copy is required to be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department.
